Directions for Saddle sore use
Liberally cover 1 fingertip with Revo Cream then massage into the buttocks till all of the cream is absorbed. Then apply a second quantity to the chamois pad on your cycling shorts. Ideally, this should be done 30 minutes before you start your exercise. If you are feeling soreness post-exercise repeat the application after showering. It is important to keep any areas that have damaged skin properly cleaned to prevent bacterial build-up.
For Non-Sports related use
Liberally apply Revo Cream to the affected area and massage in. Make sure that you apply the cream to at least 2 cm on either side of the affected area. Repeat as and when required. Daily usage along with keeping the affected area infection-free will help to combat repetitive infections and sores.
